Die Arbeit ist wie folgt aufgebaut:
Im folgenden Kapitel setzt sich die Verfasserin der Hausarbeit mit der Praktikumsstelle im Hinblick auf die Beschreibung der Einrichtung und des Aufgabenfeldes sowie der examine der Zielgruppe auseinander. Darauf folgt im dritten Kapitel der Handlungsablauf, in welchem die Durchführung des Praktikums inhaltlich dargestellt wird. Im Anschluss daran erfolgt eine grafische Darstellung. Im vierten Kapitel setzt sich die Autorin mit theoretischen Inhalten des Projektmanagements auseinander und zeigt auf, inwieweit diese für das Praktikum proper waren. Qualitätssicherung wird im fünften Kapitel dargestellt und es wird erläutert, welche Methoden im Praktikum angewendet wurden. Im sechsten Kapitel setzt sich die Verfasserin der Hausarbeit mit dem Thema „Evaluation“ und dessen Relevanz für das Praktikum auseinander. Abschließend folgt ein persönliches Fazit der Autorin.
